                    Kos. County, IN

In November of 2009 we were contacted to investigate a cemetery in Kosciusko County. Our contact was a local judge who put us in touch with a family member that knew of the history of the activity that surrounded this cemetery.

We had not, to this point, generally investigated cemeteries. But the story was compelling and the source was most certainly reliable. The activity included something of a specter that would manifest itself to the neighboring farms. The story corroborated by multiple family members was that this specter ended up at their front door, banging and clamoring to apparently attempt to enter. Home alone with her children, the mother actually shot at the front door out of fear and protection of her family. Whatever this was - and it appeared to be something of a large, moving specter of light - made it's way through the field and into the cemetery.
Shortly thereafter, the father arrived home to his frightened family. He contacted the Sheriff's department and together they headed to the cemetery to hunt down whatever this was. They found nothing except the evidence of a trail from the house to the cemetery.

To this day there continues to be something that manages to make these trails as well as, pardon the pun, spook the horses on the nearby farms.

We arrived before dusk to do an initial walk through and set up our cameras. The cemetery is small so we set two cameras on diagonal angles to capture as much of the area possible. We also had an additional handheld video camera as well as digital cameras.

Night fell quickly. It was a new moon so we were in pitch black darkness. The air was still with a temperature of 62 degrees. The sky was clear and full of stars - a beautiful fall night. The cemetery is isolated - surrounded by fields. Every sound was magnified, or so it seemed.
