Story Inn is a hidden gem located south of Nashville, Indiana. Their logo of "One Inconvenient Location Since 1851" aptly describes the drive into southern Brown County. The entire town of Story is the Inn and surrounding buildings turned into various accommodations. Do not let the exterior fool you. The rooms are comfortable and inviting. The old store itself is now a gourmet restaurant - with a bar and lounge downstairs - and the food is fabulous!
You should be aware, though, that there are no televisions, radios, or telephones - and cell phone service was erratic at best. So you are unplugged and unwired from the outside world. We did not mind at all as it set the stage for, what we hoped would be, a successful attempt to contact another time, another era.

We chose to do the "Ghost Hunter Special" and commandeered all four rooms located on the upper floor of the Old General Store Building. This was the perfect setup for us as it allowed us to wander freely throughout the night.
For this location we ran our four camera DVR system. Additionally we had two full spectrum cameras and two Sony IR cameras on tripods. This was also to be our "maiden voyage" with the new SLS Camera!
